Shipping / Processing:
Most items are built to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to put together your personalized piece. All domestic orders will be shipped out between 7-10 business days.
Yes, we can ship to Alaska & Hawaii - additional fees apply.
Please contact us directly for a custom invoice for orders looking to be shipped to Alaska/Hawaii.

We are currently not taking international orders on Squarespace; however, please contact us for a custom invoice for international orders.

Refund Policy:
Products can be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your product.

Custom Orders: Since custom orders are made with your personalization’s – no refunds if you decide to change your mind. However, if the item arrives damaged, please take photos for records, and contact us within 48 hours and we will make things right.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return address for your item to be sent. Returns will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Please note that if the return is accepted, buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
